Develop a circle of mentors. Look more widely than your company-assigned mentor. You'll benefit from multiple advisers, especially if you don't click with your official one.

Don't count out your boss. When searching for a mentor, it's easy to overlook the person you see on a daily basis and the one who most likely has a position you covet: your boss. If you like your boss, suggest starting a mentoring relationship.

Start your own program. If your company doesn't have a mentoring program, consider approaching management with the idea of starting one.

Do it now. If you're unemployed, don't wait until you land a position to seek out a mentor.

Once you develop descriptions of those people, contact people in your network to see if anyone knows someone that meets those criteria. In addition to tapping formal sources such as career centers, professional organizations and past employers, spread the word to friends and family.

When an incoming packet destined for a host machine on a particular local
area network arrives at a gateway, the gateway asks the ARP program to find a
physical host or MAC address that matches the IP address. The ARP program
looks in the ARP cache and, if it finds the address, provides it so that the
packet can be converted to the right packet length and format and sent to the
machine. If no entry is found for the IP address, ARP broadcasts a request
packet in a special format to all the machines on the LAN to see if one
machine knows that it has that IP address associated with it. A machine that
recognizes the IP address as its own returns a reply so indicating. ARP
updates the ARP cache for future reference and then sends the packet to the
MAC address that replied.
Since protocol details differ for each type of
local area network, there are separate ARP Requests for Comments (RFC) for
Ethernet, ATM, Fiber Distributed-Data Interface, HIPPI, and other protocols.
There is a Reverse ARP (RARP) for host machines that don't know their IP
address. RARP enables them to request their IP address from the gateway's ARP
cache. RARP (Reverse Address Resolution Protocol) is a protocol by which a
physical machine in a local area network can request to learn its IP address
from a gateway server's Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) table or cache. A
network administrator creates a table in a local area network's gateway
router that maps the physical machine (or Media Access Control

MAC address) addresses to corresponding Internet Protocol addresses. When a
new machine is set up, its RARP client program requests from the RARP server
on the router to be sent its IP address. Assuming that an entry has been set
up in the router table, the RARP server will return the IP address to the
machine which can store it for future use.

Any more information on how to start QA within Testing enviroment 2?

Assuming you are talking about QA and not QC, following is a post I
made in another group some months ago. Hope this information is
somewhat useful.

Following are some steps you can use to kick start the process:

1] Create a formal group in your organization that you can call as
"SEPG (Software Engineering Process Group)" or "Process Engineering
Committee" or something like it.

2] Try to enlist the services of the highest management person that you
can get to agree and make him the committee head. This will ensure that
the seriousness of your efforts is clearly conveyed to other employees
in the organization.

3] Identify the various persons in your organization who are subject
matter experts in their field of work & try to make them members of the
committee.

4] Identify the processes in your organization that you would like to
improve

5] Create subcommittees or subgroups that will have the responsibility
of creating the standards for those processes. Depending on how many
persons you are able to include in your SEPG or PEC, many subgroups can
be formed simultaneously. Make sure that the group creating the
standards for a process has a member from the group of users who will
actually use the process.

6] Once the subgroups create the standards and it is approved by the
management, implement it on a pilot project or part of a project.

7] After the process has been live for some time, determine the
benefits that have been achieved. If no benefits are visible, go back
to the drawing table and modify the process.

8] If benefits are clearly visible, rollout the process improvement
across the whole project & them across the organization.

Please remember the following:
1] It is extremely important to have the management commitment for any
Process improvement projects to be successful.
2] You should make an effort to identify and "advertise" the benefits
of PI to all employees across your organization.

Recombinant Antibody
The term recombinant and especially recombinant DNA regards to an artificial methods of producing DNA (synthetic DNA and proteins).

The manufacturing technique make use of bacterias, these bacterias are genetically modified in such a way that a specific DNA segment (gene) is artificially combined with their original DNA. After this insertion of DNA segment. The bacterias are nourished and kept in ideal conditions for reproduction and after a relative short period of time, after the reproduction, these specific segment of DNA is extracted out of the original DNA bacterias.

In short a segment of DNA is recombined (recombinant) with the original DNA of the bacteria, these genetically modified bacterias are rapidly reproduce and by that reproduce the DNA segment that was recombined with the original genome.

Antibodies are protein molecules produced by our immune system, the shape of an antibody is similar to a Y shape. The role of the antibodies to keep our health is crucial, their task is to recognize and attack foreign bacterias and viruses in our body.

There are many types of antibodies, each type can recognize unique antigen, the antibody Y tips has a unique molecular structure (keys) that combines with the targeted antigen. This attachment of many antibodies to a foreign objects (bacteria or virus) ultimately brings to its destruction.

Using recombinant antibody has significant advantages compared with the conventional antibody and there for its use becoming more popular now days. The fact that no animals are needed in the manufacturing procedure of the recombinant antibodies, in addition, the manufacturing time is relatively short compared with the conventional method. Moreover, the quality of the final product is higher that these of the non recombinant method.
